Let's adopt the right habits and stay healthy !

Protective measures for passengers

Together with federal and health authorities, we are enforcing and deploying several measures to ensure the safest possible travel conditions. We are counting on everyone to be responsible: if together we respect guidelines for hygiene and good behavior we can help keep everyone safe.

Protective measures to be observed on board tpg vehicles
Respecting hygiene guidelines laid down by the health authorities helps keep us and our fellow passengers safe.

  • Wearing a hygienic mask is mandatory on board vehicles;
  • Rub your hands with a hydro-alcoholic solution before getting in and out of the vehicle;
  • Respect the prescribed social distance and ensure proper distribution on board the vehicle;
  • Avoid peak hours whenever possible.

Reinforced cleanings
The vehicles, including the driver's cab, are completely cleaned with disinfectant in the evening at the depot, with particular attention paid to the stop buttons, handles and handrails. The latter elements are also disinfected during the day on the busiest lines of the network in the hyper center.
The screens and keyboards of the distributors at the stops are also disinfected daily.

Protective measures to be observed at tpg stops
While waiting for the bus, tramway or trolleybus, or to access the distributors, please observe the following measures:

  • Favor buying tickets online (tpgPreview or SMS channel);
  • Respect the prescribed social distance when waiting for vehicles and when boarding.

Door to the driver's cab: please go through the rear doors!
All buses and trolleybuses with open cabs have the front door locked and the access to the driver's platform closed.

At all times!
Recommendations from the Federal Office of Public Health must be followed.

  • Throw away your mask and used tissues in a closed trash can;
  • Wash and/or rub hands with a hydro-alcoholic solution regularly;
  • Keep the minimum social distance prescribed;
  • Cough/sneeze into the crook of the elbow;
  • Do not take public transportation and stay home if you have symptoms;
  • Call your general physician, the hospital and, if necessary, 144.
