Property rights and trademark rights
The names and logos UNIRESO, tpg and our business partners are registered and protected trademarks. Nothing contained on the official website or application is designed to constitute a license or right to use an image, registered trademark or logo. tpg reserves all rights relating to the elements of its website and the official application, with the exception of the rights held by third parties.
Exclusion of liability
The information published on the website and on the official application, in particular that relating to prices, is for informational purposes. tpg does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information appearing on their website. They reserve the right to modify them at any time and without notice. Therefore, tpg assumes no liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages that may result from access to the resources and information of the website or the official application, their use or the impossibility to access them.

Libraries and APIs used
The official app uses Google Maps API. The map data used in the route search is subject to the Google Copyright 2015. The pedestrian route calculation is in beta. Be careful, this route may not be completely pedestrian-friendly.

2. tpg is free to modify these general conditions of use at any time.
Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Any dispute arising from these conditions will be resolved exclusively in the Canton of Geneva and in accordance with Swiss law.
