Waiting at the stop
Wait for the vehicle at the head of the stop by finding your way around by the orange dot on the curb. This is where the front of the bus or tram will be positioned.
Several stops have a waiting area, marked with a tactile and visual field of wakefulness indicating the head of the stop.
Boarding
Enter the vehicle through the first or second door, so that you can use the blue or yellow buttons, with the sign "wheelchair" or "stroller". They allow the doors to be opened and closed manually by the drivers.
For people with visual impairments
If you are visually impaired, use the first door, which is located near the driver's cab. It takes you directly to the easiest seats to get to.
For wheelchair users
If you use a wheelchair, use the second door as it is equipped with an access ramp. Enlist the help of the driver to unfold and position the ramp.
It is also this door that gives access to the wheelchair area.
Careful! Not all stops on the tpg network are yet equipped to be accessible to wheelchairs in complete autonomy. Pending possible transformations of the platforms by the municipalities responsible for the development of the stops, tpg has set up a special shuttle service for wheelchair users, from 1 January 2024.
If the stops you need to get on or off are not accessible, you can use the tpg shuttle service that will pick you up in order to take you to another accessible tpg stop.
