A discount voucher and a Joker!
To thank you for your loyalty, we offer you when buying or renewing your annual Jeune travel pass at the mobile agency, in a tpg agency or at Manor Geneva:
- a “Joker” card that will allow you not to pay administrative costs if you forget your annual unireso Jeune travel pass (value CHF 5.-)
If you renew your travel pass at our pop-up store at Manor Geneva, you will receive a CHF 20.- discount voucher. Valid from CHF 100 onwards on stationery, children's clothing and school bags. Happy shopping!
Terms and Conditions for the use of the free voucher
The voucher must be presented in our Lancy-Pont-Rouge, Cornavin or Rive agencies within 10 days following the report.
The Joker voucher is a means of payment that can be used to pay for a forgotten travel pass under certain conditions. It is distributed in a pack during the back-to-school 2026 campaign, while stocks last.
The Joker voucher is a bearer voucher; it is therefore not nominative. It is numbered and therefore secure.
- The Joker voucher is valid exclusively for payment of the administrative costs of the forgotten unireso junior annual season ticket, on condition that it is handed in within 10 days of the date of issue.
- Its value is CHF 5.-
- It must be presented at one of the tpg agencies, together with the report issued by the tpg inspector (in zone 10), on tpg lines only, and the season ticket valid at the time of inspection.
- It is not valid on the amount of a forgotten travel pass of CHF 30.-
- It is non-refundable, non-cumulative and non-convertible into cash.
- It is valid is from10.08.2026 to 09.08.2027 included.
- In the event of loss or theft of the Joker voucher, tpg will not be responsible for its replacement.
The Joker voucher is under no circumstances valid for the presentation of a season ticket after 10 days, nor for the presentation of a report from a SBB inspector or an inspector in France.
Youth and AVS/AI travel passes
The State of Geneva offers young students up to and including the age of 24, the annual or monthly unireso traveel pass, subject to certain training and income conditions. It also decided to cover 50% of the cost of annual or monthly travel pass for people receiving AVS/AI benefits and living in the canton of Geneva.
