On-demand bus: the choice is yours!

tpg flex is an on-demand bus service that complements the network's regular lines. It allows passengers to reach a stop on a regular line or to make a trip between two stops located in the area.
New! The tpg flex service is now offered in the Seymaz-Voirons region, offering direct connections with Léman Express

How does it work?

  1. Register (when logging in to the tpg flex app for the first time). Surname, first name, mobile number;
  2. Order your ride from the tpg flex app or on tpgflex.ch
  3. Indicate your departure stop and the start stop of your destination and the desired time
  4. Receive a confirmation SMS with all the details of your journey

New | Lake - Left Bank region

The municipalities of Anières, Choulex, Collonge-Bellerive, Cologny, Corsier, Gy, Hermance, Meinier, and Vandoeuvres, as well as part of the territory of the French municipality of Veigy, also benefit from the tpg flex on-demand service. By adding an internal offer within this area, a network comprising around sixty stops—14 of which are exclusively for tpg flex—now covers the sector.

Common Zone – Left Bank Lake and Seymaz-Voirons

The app or booking website will offer you the three areas served by tpg flex. Due to shared stops between the Seymaz–Voirons and Left Bank–Lake zones, please make sure to select both a departure point and a destination within the same zone.

New connections in the region

  • The stops Collonge-Bellerive, Hôpital (Bellerive Hospital); Thônex, Hôpital Trois-Chêne; and Thônex, Belle-Idée Centre provide easier access to HUG hospital sites.
  • Thanks to the stops in France—Veigy, Foncenex and Veigy, Mermes—it is now easier to connect to lines on the Geneva territory heading toward the city center.
  • By serving the lakeside areas, this service provides easy access to beaches and swimming piers, allowing users to enjoy water activities or simply spend time by the lake.

Which transport ticket to choose ?

The tpg flex service is accessible with unireso and Léman Pass transport tickets (unireso subscriptions and tickets for zone 10) for Switzerland, and Léman Pass 10+200 for cross-border trips.


The 'Saut de puce unireso' and 'Saut de puce transfrontalier Léman Pass' tickets are not valid on tpg flex

Seymaz-Voirons region

tpg flex Seymaz-Voirons operates in the municipalities of Choulex, Gy, Jussy, Meinier, Presinge, and Puplinge, as well as in parts of the territories of Collonge-Bellerive, Thônex, Vandoeuvres, and the Annemasse urban area. By adding an internal service within this perimeter, a network of over 80 stops—17 of which are exclusively for tpg flex—now covers the area.

New connections in the region

  • New from May 5, 2025: a new stop in Collonge-Bellerive, Hôpital, to serve the Bellerive Hospital.
  • Annemasse, Rotonde station: connection with Annemasse station and Léman Express, RégioExpress and TER trains.
  • Machilly, gare: a new connection between Swiss municipalities and the Léman Express.
  • Thônex, Belle-Terre-Place-de-l'Araire: connection with the lines     and     to the city centre.
  • Thônex, Trois-Chêne Hospital: a direct link to geriatrics.
  • Vésenaz, village: important centre of activity with many shops as well as direct links to the city centre.

Which transport ticket to choose?

The tpg flex service is accessible with unireso and Léman Pass transport tickets (unireso subscriptions and tickets for zone 10) for Switzerland, and Léman Pass 10+210 for cross-border trips.

The 'Saut de puce unireso' and 'Saut de puce transfrontalier Léman Pass' tickets are not valid on tpg flex.

Internal trips within France in zone 210 are not permitted

Champagne Region

tpg flex is available at Aire-la-Ville, Avully, Avusy, Cartigny, Chancy, Laconnex, Soral, as well as on a part of the territory of the municipalities of Bernex and Viry, and at the station of La Plaine in the municipality of Dardagny.
This service also extends to the ZIPLO in Plan-les-Ouates, at the new terminus of the line  , to offer direct access from Champagne and Viry.
tpg flex becomes your on-demand service in the region and advantageously replaces the offer of the following lines     and     which will disappear as of 10 December 2023.

This service is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.  
Please note that due to the closure of the Soral customs at 10 p.m., requests for rides for Viry and Veigy are available until 9:20 p.m.

  • Bernex-Vailly from where the line starts     which allows you to reach the city center via Onex, Lancy and beyond the Jonction district.
  • Viry ; a new stop is proposed in the hamlet of Veigy.
  • ZIPLO, at the new terminus of the line.  , which connects to Lancy-Pont-Rouge station or to Lancy-Bachet station with the line.  .

Which ticket should I choose?

The tpg flex offer is available with unireso tickets (travel passes and unireso zone 10 tickets).
The "unireso Hop the Line" and “Léman Pass Border Hop the Line" tickets are not valid on tpg flex.
