Free voucher
When you buy or renew your travel pass in our mobile agency, we offer you a free voucher for CHF 5.00 to be used if you forget your travel pass during a control. The voucher must be presented in our agencies at Lancy-Pont-Rouge, Cornavin and Rive or at reception of the tpg headquarters at Bachet-de-Pesay within 10 days of the control.
Terms and Conditions for the use of the free voucher
The free voucher is a payment method that allows you to cover fines if you forget your travel pass under certain conditions. It can be bought via a pack during the 2021 back-to-school sales while supplies last.
The free voucher is a bearer voucher; this means it is not registered. It is numbered and as a result secure.
- The free voucher is valid exclusively for paying administrative costs for forgotten unireso junior yearly travel passes, provided that it is presented within 10 days of the date on which the control was carried out.
- It costs CHF 5.00.
- It must be presented in one of the tpg agencies accompanied by the report issued by the tpg inspector (in Zone 10), on tpg lines only, as well as by the pass valid at the time of the control.
- It is not valid for the amount of a forgotten travel pass of CHF 30.00.
- It is non-refundable, non-cumulative, and not convertible to cash.
- It is valid from 23.08.2021 to 20.08.2022, inclusive.
- In the event of loss or theft of the free voucher, tpg will not be responsible for its replacement.
The free voucher is not valid if a travel pass is presented after 10 days, or for reports from a SBB controller or a controller in France.
