Equal pay, KPMG confirms fair treatment within tpg

A recent KPMG report attests to the respect of equal pay for women and men at tpg. The study covered all 2161 employees of Geneva public transport. It shows that there is no gender-based wage gap at tpg. This conclusion highlights the efforts of the public authority in terms of human resources management, recruitment and well-being at work. 

Geneva public transport was keen to ensure the state of wage practice within the company. tpg commissioned an independent study of KPMG. The survey covered all 2,161 employees of the company. 

The findings confirm equal treatment in wage practice. These results reinforce tpg's efforts to make the company an inclusive place in which everyone is treated with perfect fairness. 

Fairness is undoubtedly at the heart of corporate policy and an essential element of the Cap2030 strategy.
