What to do in the event of an accident?

En cas de freinage brusque, de chutes lors de la montée ou de la descente d'un véhicule, ou de toute autre blessure causée pendant un voyage à bord de nos véhicules, le conducteur doit être immédiatement averti. Veuillez conserver votre titre de transport valable au moment de l'incident. Puis, dès que possible, contactez le service relation juridique qui vous renseignera sur les démarches à effectuer ou complétez et transmettre le formulaire ci-joint. 

Afin de traiter au mieux et dans les meilleurs délais votre demande, merci de nous indiquer les informations suivantes : 

• la date et l'heure de l'accident
• le lieu
• le numéro de la ligne
• la direction
• le numéro du véhicule tpg (ou, à défaut, le type de véhicule)
• les informations éventuelles transmises par le conducteur
• les coordonnées des éventuels témoins

Si, à la suite d'un freinage brusque, d'une fermeture de portes, ou de toute autre cause liée à nos services, une de vos affaires était endommagé, veuillez contacter dès que possible le service juridique. Afin de pouvoir donner suite à votre demande, il sera nécessaire de transmettre aux tpg un titre de transport valable au moment de l'évènement, l'objet endommagé et un devis de réparation (ou, si l'objet n'est pas réparable, une attestation de valeur).

As a person involved in an accident with a tpg vehicle or witness to a road traffic accident involving tpg vehicles, if a tpg vehicle is involved in an accident with a motor vehicle, a two-wheeler, a pedestrian or any other situation occurring on the road, the usual forms must be completed with the tpg driver.

Within 24 hours of the incident, it is imperative to contact the customer relations department, available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), so that the necessary steps can be taken as soon as possible.

In order to resolve the accident as quickly as possible, the motor vehicle or two-wheeler should not be repaired before the respective responsibilities have been determined.

The attached form must be completed in the following cases (non-exhaustive list): collision with your private vehicle or your company's vehicle; collision with your bicycle; accident that occurred while you were a pedestrian; etc.

In order to process your request as quickly as possible, please provide us with the following information: 

• the date and time of the accident
• the place
• the line number
• Management
• the tpg vehicle number (or, failing that, the vehicle type)
• any information transmitted by the driver
• the contact details of any potential witnesses

Because our drivers are required to drive large and long vehicles, and because of the attention that must be paid to the surrounding traffic, it sometimes happens that they do not realize a possible collision. In this situation, it is then necessary to try to question them during one of the following stops.

Failing that, it is imperative that our services have the number of the tpg vehicle, the number of the line followed by the tpg vehicle, its direction and the exact location as well as the time of the accident.
