From August 17, 2026, tpg network is evolving to make your travel smoother and more convenient. New line, new services, adjusted routes and adapted timetables: discover the main changes of the new school year.
What's new
Line 84 – A new link to the ZIPLO
The new line 84 gives you a direct and fast connection between Viry, church (via Soral, Bernex, Lully) and the ZIPLO (Plan-les-Ouates industrial zone), Monday to Friday.
It runs every 30 minutes:
- To ZIPLO: 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- In the direction of Viry, Church: from 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Designed for your home-to-work journeys, this new link reinforces the attractiveness of the ZIPLO and is an ideal complement to the offer tpg flex, for more regular, more comfortable trips adapted to your daily life.
tpg flex Mandement – A new stop
The service tpg flex Mandatement is enriched by a new stop at Dardagny, Tuilière, to improve service coverage in this sector.
Course adaptation
Line 5 – An additional stop
In the direction of Thônex-Vallard, the line 5 now serves the stop Philosophes, in common with the line 1 , located between the Athénée and Hôpital stops.
This adaptation improves service to the sector.
Line 59 – New service
The line 59 now serves the new stop Chambésy, centre sportif.
This development improves access to nursing home of the New Kermont and the sports centre.
Line 83 – Adaptation of the service
From 17 August, the 83 has developed its service to better meet your needs, with a route that now includes Viry, Veigy. This adaptation increases the accessibility of the area and gives you more options for your daily commute.

C1
no longer serves the Capite stop. Students can use the stop
Vésenaz, Princes, located nearby.
Strengthening the offer
Line 40 – Two additional races
Two new trips strengthen the line's offer 40 , to improve comfort and optimize frequency:
- In the morning (Monday to Friday): departure from Chancy, Customs at 7:32 am, arrival at Stade de Genève at 8:16 am.
- At the end of the day (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays): departure from Vuillonnex at 4:21 pm, arrival in Chancy, Douane at 4:45 pm.
Adapted opening hours
Lines 47 and 48 – Adapted schedules for the Cycle du Vuillonnex
The timetables of some of the routes 47 and 48 are adapted between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., to facilitate the movement of students of the Cycle du Vuillonnex.
Lines 57 and 70
Line schedules 57 , 70 , 71 , 72 , 73 , 74 and 78 are adapted to ensure connections with the new timetables of the L5 and L6 of the Léman Express.
